The Sportspoint Super League kicked of with a big bang at Beaver Road P.S. The school started their campaign with two very impressive wins over league debuts Claremont P.S. Both teams enjoyed the football on a sunny afternoon and are looking forward to their next fixture. In the other game Willows entertained Didsbury CofE. Both A and B games were extremely entertaining and both were very close encounters. Willows B team earned a 3-1 victory in their first game of the season, whilst Didsbury CofE A team proved just to strong for a very brave Willows A team winning 4-3. Final game saw last years league champions Oswald Road travel to Wilbraham. In the B game it was a very close affair, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
